Why is it now you want to do something about your life balance and why would you choose me?

In a few paragraphs, describe your life balance? What problems did you have? How would you describe your past life experiences? What are the biggest challenges holding you back now? If we were looking at your life, what would you say is broken or missing?

In what ways do you want your life to be better? What would need to change in your life for you to be happy with your results? Where would you like to see yourself in twelve months? How do you want your life experiences to be different?

What is the main reason you want to do coaching? What's your 'problem'? When did this problem start? What is the root cause (if you were to guess)? In what areas of your life do you experience the most stress? What specifically creates that stress?

What behaviours or emotions do you live in consistently that don't serve you and you would like to change? What do you believe triggers these emotions or behaviours? People, situations, experiences etc

Make a list of un-resourceful / negative emotions you experience regularly – what triggers or causes this? Make a list of resourceful / positive emotions you experience regularly? What is it that you feel you need to improve in your life?
